Who we are
This website belongs to Annapolis IMT Cleaning, a cleaning company based in Annapolis, Maryland (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, contact us at magalytejada16@aol.com.
Summary
- The site has no user accounts and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other optional trackers.
- The quote form does not send your answers to our servers. It prepares a message on your device that you decide whether to copy or send.
- A few small items are stored on your device so the site works (language, cookie choices and your quote draft). See our Cookie Policy.
Information you choose to share with us
When you use the quote form, you may enter details such as the service you need, city and ZIP code, approximate size, number of rooms, preferred date, pets, product preferences, your name, your preferred contact method, a phone number or email address, and comments.
While you fill in the form, these answers are kept only in your browser’s session storage so you don’t lose them between steps. We receive them only if you send us the generated message — for example by opening it in WhatsApp or in your email app and pressing send, or by pasting it into another channel. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email are also processed by those providers under their own privacy policies.
We use the information you send to reply to you, prepare your quote, confirm availability and, if you hire us, deliver the service.
Information stored on your device
The site stores the following items locally in your browser. They are not used to track you across sites.
| Name | Type | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
imt-consent | localStorage | Necessary | Remembers your cookie choices (necessary, analytics, marketing) and the date you made them. | Until you clear it; we ask again after 12 months |
imt-lang | localStorage | Necessary | Remembers the language you selected (English or Spanish). | Until you clear it |
imt-quote | sessionStorage | Necessary | Keeps the answers of your quote form while you move between steps or switch language. It is never sent to our servers. | Deleted when you close the tab, or with “Start a new request” |
Hosting and technical data
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs.
Third-party services
The site loads its fonts and assets from our own domain and does not embed third-party maps, videos, chat widgets or social media plugins. Our Facebook and Instagram icons are simple links: nothing is loaded from those networks until you choose to open them, and they then apply their own privacy policies. Optional analytics or marketing tools are not installed. If we add one in the future, it will only load after you give consent in the corresponding category, and we will update this policy first.
How long we keep information
We keep the messages you send us for as long as needed to respond, provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by contacting us at magalytejada16@aol.com. Depending on where you live, including Maryland, you may have additional rights under applicable law. You can clear your browser storage at any time, and change your cookie choices from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way the site works changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
